This 1st floor, 3BR/2BA updated condo sleeps 7 and offers a screened porch overlooking Point Washington State Forest, a resort-style community pool, a private lake with pier, and easy access to all that 30A has to offer. Inside, you'll find a king primary suite w/ en-suite bath, a queen bedroom and twin-over-full bunk room w/ gaming TV. The queen and bunk room share a second full bath. Just a 10-min walk to the new Seagrove Regional Beach Access, Cafe Thirty-A, and Angelina's Pizza.

Beautifully decorated, well appointed, and very clean and comfortable condo on 30A. Location was great; close to Seaside restaurants, and a short walk to the beach! The pool at the condo was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay in Seagrove for our mother, daughter trip. This condo is walkable to a few restaurants/shops and very walkable to the beach, with a short ride to everything else. Clean place and well-decorated. Thank you.
We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, which we really appreciated. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Everything was well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!
This condo was so nice and very clean. It was very well appointed and fully stocked. The included bikes were a great addition! There were also two beach chairs and several beach towels available for use. The new public beach access was just a short walk down a very quiet road or easily ride the bikes down there. And once you get back to the condo, you could cool down so quickly in the super cold AC - it worked so good! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We want you to have a wonderful, relaxing stay while also being respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful Seagrove Highlands community. The Condo Management Association requests that all bikes be returned each day to the designated bike rack by the community pool. Please do not leave bikes outside in the hallways or inside/outside the screened back porch. No smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted inside the condo or anywhere on the premises. No pets: No pets or animals are permitted in the condo, except where required by applicable law. No parties or events: Parties, celebrations, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay at the property. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. This includes music, television, conversations, and activity on the screened porch. Good neighbor policy: Please treat the condo and the Seagrove Highlands community with the same care and respect you would want for your own home. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violations of community rules are not permitted. Thank you for helping us keep Seagrove Highlands peaceful and enjoyable for everyone!
